Each event will will be customized for your team or group. Suggestions include a technical clinic covering multiple events, a motivational talk, Q & A session with the elite athlete, and an autographs/pictures session. The USA SPORTS CLINICS™ event provides each participant a chance to get up-close-and-personal with a world-class gymnast who can cover technique, nutrition, life and motivation. Our athlete/instructors will focus on your team’s specific needs. We can customize any event to suit the specific area your gymnasts need help in.
In addition, hosting a USA SPORTS CLINICS™ event could provide your club an opportunity to generate incremental revenue to help support your team, a specific fundraising project or even a charity.

We customize our events to any clubs specific needs and every clinician has a unique program, but below is an example of suggested day with USA Sports Clinics.
USA SPORTS CLINICS™ Introduction, and Motivational Talk
We ask for some help from your club in introducing the elite gymnast and their accomplishments at the beginning of the clinic. The elite gymnast instructor will then provide a motivational talk which may cover everything from their international experience, difficult road to achieving their current status, and dedication to their sport as a lifelong decision.
USA SPORTS CLINICS™ Technique and Skills sessions
The athlete executes a short demonstration and talks about the importance of technique and good mechanics as the participants look on. After this the clinician will cover a number of drills that specifically target the most important issues in fundamentals and/or issues specific to your gymnasts.
USA SPORTS CLINICS™ Q &A Session
After a short clinic wrap-up from the athlete, the clinician will open a question and answer session to athletes, parents and coaches.
USA SPORTS CLINICS™ Autograph Session/Q & A
Whenever all of the questions have been answered, the athlete will proceed to sign autographs and take pictures for any and all of the participants! |
